This is a registry patch that corrects a problem where Toshiba Utilities such as Flash Cards, Zooming, and ECO Utilities, will not work after using the Windows 7 "Restore from System Image Backup" feature
Install Instruction
Save the file to the Windows Desktop
Save all work in progress and close open applications
On the Windows Desktop, double-click the downloaded file to start the installation
Click Start at the TOSHIBA Archive Extractor window
Click Yes if a User Account Control window is displayed
The program will complete quickly
Restart the computer
Toshiba Utilities will work normally again.
